These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MenoSage (the "App"), operated by MenoSage ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms in full.
The information, insights, and reports generated by MenoSage are based solely on the data you enter and are intended as a personal reference only. They do not constitute professional medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen in MenoSage.
MenoSage offers the following auto-renewing subscription options:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple and automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes in advance.
Certain features of MenoSage are available at no charge. Additional features require an active Premium subscription. We reserve the right to modify which features are included in the free or premium tiers at any time, with reasonable notice to users.
All health and symptom data you enter into MenoSage is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not sell, share, or have access to your personal health data. For full details on how we handle your information, please review our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and enabling device-level passcode or biometric protection.
By using MenoSage, you agree that you will:
MenoSage and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by MenoSage and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
MenoSage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content within the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenoSage and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from health decisions made based on information provided by the App, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MenoSage at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
